My name is Leonora (Lee) Hughes. I suffered from severe arthritis and gastrointestinal pain from Crohn's disease since I was 17. After years of taking steroids and immune-suppressing medicine with little to no improvement, I looked for a holistic natural way to heal. My research revealed how the foods we eat, stress, past trauma and anxiety creates blocked energy which can cause illness and pain in the body, mind and spirit. My journey for a natural way to heal resulted in the remission of my disease. I found Reiki was instrumental to my healing which led me to became a Usui Reiki Master Level Teacher.  Through my healing journey  Spirit has guided me to connect with our earth deeply and walk a path of Shamanic Practitioner.   My mission is to help people find their way to Naturally Guided Healing! The first step to living your best, healthy life is to know that healing is possible! You are worth feeling great everyday! I am a Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher and a Certified Nursing Assistant.  I have a B.A. in Food Science Management and a M.Ed in Educational Leadership. My goal is to provide Energy Healing, Mediation Guidance and Nutrition support to anyone who is seeking a path to Naturally Guided Healing!
