Shamanic Reiki Energy Healing Session
Shamanic Reiki session which can be done in person or a distance session in real time through Zoom.
Reiki raises the vibratory level in and around the physical body which clears and straightens the energy pathways. This leaves people feeling a relaxed, stress-free state of well-being.
A session will help you feel more relaxed and better quickly!
Includes Grounding, Meridian and Chakra work. This is great for anyone experiencing life transformation, recovery, chronic pain, grief, feeling stuck and would like to reconnect to their intuition.

A breath work session can be in person or distance. Breathing is our sacred life force. We live in an age where we are not getting enough oxygen in our bodies or the same amount as our ancestors, and the air that we are breathing is no longer clean. Most people’s breathing system is not functioning at an optimal level.
When we breathe fully, we are detoxing our physical body of toxins we are carrying, but also emotions/wounds that have been stuck in our being and that no longer serve us.

Breathwork can regenerate our cells and heal us from the inside out. It can eradicate PTSD & Anxiety, but it is also for personal growth and awakening – transforming our body, mind, and spirit. Conscious breathing can be a direct path to spiritual awakening, self-realization and simply transforming into your best and authentic self.
Usui Reiki Certifications Training and Attunements
The Reiki Certification Level 1 course includes an in-depth knowledge of Reiki history, principals, 3 diamonds, self care, meditation, grounding, clearing, self Reiki, hand positions, practice and a Level 1 certificate. You will also receive The “Reiki The Healing Touch” manual by William Lee Rand, founder of the International Center for Reiki Training. Book is used for Level I & II classes.
Reiki Level II Class- Review of Level 1, Sharing experiences of Practice, Level 2 topics and symbols, Distance Reiki and Business Basics. Level II Certificate

Reiki Level III - Advanced Reiki Training/Master Practitioner Class, Reiki Movement, Grid and Aura cleansing with ART Certificate

Yin Yoga with Sound Bowls & Reiki
As a certified 200 Hr. Yoga Teacher I offer personal 1:1 yoga instruction. In addition, to group yoga classes at Good Karma Yoga Studio and Mystic Light Center in St. Augustine, Fl.
If you are a small group, I can come to you or on the beach for yoga & sounds bowls with or with or without energy work.

In this fast paced life its important people make time for a slower flow of Yin Yoga. Yin yoga promotes the body to release stress and tension from the deeper layers of your muscles and facia. The yoga poses are held longer with support to help us to relax into the deepest layers of our body.

Yin poses allow for healing energy and or sound bowls to be sent through the body which deepens the healing of a Yin Yoga class. Sound bowls offer a sound healing vibration which supports the body in clearing any stuck energy. As with all my offerings, this is offered as a sacred ceremony with drumming to ground you and leave you feeling renewed and grounded.
